These Breathwork sessions are an invitation to slow down and reconnect with the body through conscious, connected breathing.
Using the breath as a guide, we begin to soften the mind and open space within — allowing whatever is present to be felt, expressed, and released in a supported and grounded environment.
This is not about pushing or forcing an experience.
It’s about listening.
At times the breath may feel activating…
at other times deeply calming.
You may experience emotional release, clarity, stillness, or simply a deeper connection to your body.
Each journey unfolds in its own way.
You’ll be guided throughout the session, with space to arrive gently, move into the breath at your own pace, and be supported as the body opens and unwinds.
We close with rest and integration — allowing the nervous system to settle and the experience to land.
This is a space to explore your inner world through the breath.

Sound Journey
A space to lie down…

and simply be held in sound.
Our Sound Journeys are an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself in a deeply supportive space.
Guided by live instruments, voice, and intuitive sound, gentle frequencies move through the body — supporting rest, release, and nervous system regulation.
There is nothing you need to do.
No way you need to feel.
No outcome to reach.
Some people drift into deep stillness…
others experience emotional release, imagery, or a quiet sense of clarity.
Each journey is different.
Each experience is your own.
You’ll be guided in gently, with space to arrive and settle, before being immersed in sound.

Ecstatic Dance

Ecstatic Dance is an invitation to drop out of the mind and into movement — allowing the body to guide you in its own unique way.
We begin by gently arriving, often through breath and grounding, before opening into a free-flowing dance journey guided by music.
There are no steps to follow.
No way you need to move.
No right or wrong.
Just your body…
your rhythm…
your expression.
The music builds and evolves, creating waves of energy that invite everything from soft, subtle movement to full expression and release.
You may find moments of joy, play, emotion, connection, or deep presence within yourself.
Each dance is different.

We close softly, allowing space to integrate and return to stillness together.

Inner Enquiry
Inner Enquiry is a candlelit, eyes-closed dance journey — an invitation to turn inward and move in honest communion with the body.
Held in low light and guided by sound, this offering creates a safe and intimate container where attention softens away from the external world and returns home. Participants are gently invited to close their eyes, minimising visual stimulation so the dance becomes a felt, internal experience rather than something seen.
We begin with a slow, guided breathwork practice to settle the nervous system, anchor awareness into the body, and open the doorway into sensation.
From here, a live DJ set carries the journey — woven with spacious, emotive soundscapes that support deep listening, subtle movement, and authentic expression.
Following the DJ set, the space gently transitions into live instrumentation and sound. Acoustic textures, rhythm, and ambient tones invite the body to slow, integrate, and rest into what has been uncovered — allowing the enquiry to move from motion into stillness.
There is no choreography, no expectation, and no need to perform.
Movement may be minimal or expansive, fluid or still.
This is a personal, inward-facing dance — one where the body leads and the mind is invited to follow.
Inner Enquiry is suited for those seeking a softer, more meditative alternative to ecstatic dance, and for anyone longing to meet themselves with honesty, curiosity, and care.
We close in grounding, reflection, and silence — offering space to integrate before re-entering the outer world.
Into Stillness
A gentle journey of movement, rest & sound

Into Stillness is an invitation to step out of the noise of the mind and into a deeper state of rest and awareness.
We begin by arriving — grounding through breath, body, and gentle presence.
From here, we move into simple, supported shapes, allowing the body to open and soften without force.
As the body settles, the journey naturally deepens.
You’ll be guided into a yoga nidra–inspired state of rest, where awareness softens and the mind begins to quiet.
Throughout the experience, live sound and gentle acoustic textures are woven through the space — supporting the nervous system, deepening relaxation, and creating a sense of warmth and safety within the body.
At times the sound may feel grounding and spacious…
at other times soft, emotive, and deeply calming.
There is nothing to achieve here.
No need to stretch deeply or perform.
Only an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and rest.
We close gently, allowing time for stillness, integration, and grounding before returning to the outside world.
