Personalised NDIS Supports

Human First. Always.

Support looks different for everyone.

For some, it's building confidence to step back into the community. For others, it's learning ways to regulate an overwhelmed nervous system, discovering a creative outlet, developing meaningful relationships, or simply spending time with someone who genuinely listens without judgement.

My approach is person-centred, strengths-based and guided by your individual NDIS goals.

Together, we'll create meaningful experiences that support confidence, independence, wellbeing and connection—always at your own pace.

With many years supporting people across disability, youth work, homelessness, mental health, addiction and community services, I bring together practical support with a calm, compassionate approach that focuses on the person, not the diagnosis.

Through my welcoming wellbeing studio in the heart of Geelong, out in nature, or within the wider community, I offer personalised support that may include:

Health & Wellbeing

Supporting healthy routines that nurture physical, emotional and mental wellbeing through movement, mindfulness, nature connection and meaningful conversation.

Nervous System Regulation & Emotional Wellbeing

Learning practical ways to recognise stress, regulate emotions and find moments of calm through gentle breathing practices, grounding techniques, relaxation, mindfulness and sensory experiences.

Sound, Music & Creative Expression

Exploring music, rhythm and sound as a creative outlet for self-expression, confidence building, relaxation and enjoyment. If it aligns with your goals and interests, we can also explore learning basic musical skills on a range of instruments.

Nature & Community Connection

Spending time in nature, visiting local cafés, exploring creative spaces, attending community events and enjoying meaningful experiences that encourage confidence, social connection and participation in everyday life.

Self-Awareness & Personal Growth

Developing confidence, self-esteem, emotional awareness, healthy relationships and practical strategies that support greater independence and overall wellbeing.

Lifelong Learning

Learning new skills, exploring personal interests, discovering creative outlets and building confidence through meaningful experiences.

A Different Approach to Support

Every person already holds their own strengths, wisdom and potential.

My role isn't to fix or change anyone, but to walk alongside you with genuine care, creating opportunities to build confidence, develop life skills, deepen self-awareness and experience a greater sense of connection—with yourself, others and the world around you.

Some days we might walk along the beach.

Some days we might spend time in the studio learning guitar, exploring sound, or engaging in creative expression.

Some days we might practise simple breathing and grounding techniques to help settle an overwhelmed nervous system.

Some days we might simply share a cup of tea and a meaningful conversation.

Every session is guided by your goals, your interests and your pace.

The Soul Family Studio Community

One of the unique aspects of this support is the opportunity to become part of the wider Soul Family Studio Community.

As confidence grows, you may choose to attend community circles, wellbeing experiences, movement sessions or creative gatherings held at the studio. These spaces offer a gentle opportunity to build meaningful relationships, increase confidence in group settings and experience a genuine sense of belonging—all at your own pace.

There is never any pressure to participate. The invitation is simply there whenever the time feels right.

Flexible Support

Support is available as 1, 2 or 3-hour sessions, depending on your individual goals, interests and NDIS plan.

Sessions can take place:

  • At Soul Family Studio in central Geelong.

  • Within the local community.

  • In nature.

  • Or from your home, where appropriate.

Transport can be provided as part of community-based supports where this aligns with your NDIS plan and goals.

Supports are available on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis, with flexibility to find a rhythm that works best for you.

My Hope

My hope is simple.

To help people feel more comfortable in their own skin.

To support confidence, independence and meaningful connection.

And to remind every person who walks through the door that they already have value, just as they are.

If you're looking for support that feels genuine, person-centred and grounded in human connection, I'd love to hear from you.

Whether you're an NDIS participant, family member, support coordinator or plan manager, you're warmly invited to reach out for a conversation about how we can work together.

Human First. Always.
